Advertisement for promotion through internal competitive examination
According to rule 13, the Public Service Commission shall publish advertisement for the information of the concerned candidates for the vacancies to be filled by promotion through internal competitive examination in accordance with the percentage determined. In that advertisement, the number and details of the posts to be promoted, the required educational qualification and service period, the last date of the application and the place of submission of the application should also be disclosed.
